Job Summary

We're looking for a pizza chef to join our team. You will be helping our kitchen team to run a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation.

What you'll be doing

You'll be a key part of our team helping to deliver delicious meals to our holiday makers every day.

• Prepping and cooking our delicious pizzas
• Assisting with other areas in the kitchen as needed
• Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
• Working alongside the kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations

Holidays happen at holiday times, so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too, performing a variety of shifts.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:

• A passion for food and hospitality
• Genuinely want to create memorable meals
• Resilience, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude

It's a plus if you have a Level 2 Hygiene certificate and experience in the holiday sector, but we provide plenty of training if you don't.

We value a can do, fun loving, people centred ethos.

• Experience of working in a holiday park
• Previous pizza making experience in a busy kitchen
