Overview

Serious Injury Solicitor - REMOTE

Responsibilities

Managing own casework acting for claimants in moderate/high value Personal Injury matters
Understanding of medical issues in the context of PI claims and how to investigate and apply these to the law in the best interest of the client.
Develop an understanding of financial management of files (WIP, disbursements, billing and profitability) and working as to meet or exceed set targets.
Mentor to junior fee earners

Qualifications

Valid clean Practicing Certificate / Admitted solicitor with current Practicing Certificate in place (no conditions attached or regulatory body's restriction on ability to practice)
Prior experience on good quality claimant PI matters, Grade A Solicitor experienced in EL/PL
Strong litigation experience
Excellent communications (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Able to exercise own initiative, with good problem solving skills
Able to apply sensitivity, confidentiality and empathy in regard to clients' matters

Salary and Benefits

Salary to £65k, open to full home working.
