The Role

As a Physics Teacher, you will deliver precise, well structured lessons across KS3 and KS4, using formative and summative assessment to track progress and stretch pupils beyond the specification. This permanent Physics Teacher position will suit candidates who:

• Hold British QTS awarded through a UK accredited teacher training programme
• Graduated with a 2:1 or above in Physics or a closely related discipline from a reputable UK university, ideally Russell Group
• Can demonstrate meaningful classroom experience within a UK secondary school setting through placements or a substantive teaching post
• Show clear evidence of well planned lessons and measurable pupil progress across the Physics curriculum
• Are confident working within an established whole school behaviour framework
• Are legally entitled to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available

ECT applicants are welcomed provided formal UK teacher training has been completed or is in its final stages.

Salary & Contract

Fringe MPS: £34,398 to £46,839, with UPS up to £52,490. TLR opportunities may be available for candidates with relevant departmental or enrichment leadership experience.
