This is a permanent position offering approximately 20 hours per week across 4 to 5 days, with flexibility for the right candidate. The role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who can manage household duties independently to a high standard. The household comprises two principals and two teenage children. The family maintains a structured and organised environment and values discretion, efficiency and attention to detail. The successful candidate will take sole charge of the housekeeping and cooking responsibilities, ensuring the smooth daily running of the home. The family travels frequently during school holidays, offering a degree of flexibility during these periods. The role combines hands-on housekeeping with the preparation of fresh, healthy meals. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the property, as well as planning and preparing nutritious dinners for the household. There is also a small family dog, and light pet care, including walking, will be required. The family is open to offering either formal employment with standard holiday entitlement or a self-employed arrangement, depending on the candidate's preference.
