Mid-Weight Software Engineer (PHP/JS) - Exeter - SaaS

We are looking for a talented mid-weight full-stack developer to join our SaaS team as part of an exciting phase of growth for Re-Flow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a leading SaaS platform and contribute to the next chapter of our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, testable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Suggest improvements to processes, tooling, and system performance.

Core Skills

• Strong proficiency in PHP 8.x.
• Good working knowledge of Symfony Framework / Components.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and testing.
• Ability to break down problems into clear technical solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frontend framework.
• MySQL query design with and without ORM support.
• Exposure to 3rd party APIs (Sage or other accounting/CRM software a plus).
