Phone-based Patient Care Administrator - MSK & NHS Scheduling

Hereweare is recruiting Patient Care Advisors to be the first point of contact for patients, primarily over the phone. You will manage referrals, signpost patients to appropriate services and ensure timely, accurate data handling within Here systems.

Role includes a late shift once a week and hybrid working after training, with at least three days in the office. You will work closely with GP practices and clinicians as part of the Sussex MSK Health service.
