Philanthropy Operations Leader - Driving Growth & Insight (Hybrid)

WWF-UK is seeking a Head of Philanthropy Operations to drive the operational engine behind ambitious fundraising growth. You will lead six colleagues across prospect research, pipeline management, supporter communications, stewardship and impact reporting, ensuring clarity and efficiency in planning and decision making.

You will strengthen the fundraising pipeline, align it with income targets, and oversee CRM development and data insights to support major donors, trusts and foundations.
