The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Phase Leader to join the team from May 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key stage team, drive high standards of teaching and learning, and make a lasting impact on pupil progress within a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment.
Role Details- Location: Haringey
- Start Date: May 2026
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)
- Lead and manage a phase (EYFS, KS1, or KS2), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the team
- Support, coach, and develop teachers to improve classroom practice and outcomes
- Monitor pupil progress and attainment, implementing strategies to close gaps
- Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and assessment across the phase
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive school improvement priorities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have proven experience as an effective classroom practitioner
- Have experience leading a subject, year group, or phase (or be ready to step into leadership)
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Be passionate about raising attainment and supporting staff development
- Be committed to inclusion and ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential
