Pharmacy Technician - Kilkenny

Overview

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a busy pharmacy based in Kilkenny!

What you need to know:

This role is initially offered as a maternity cover contract, with a strong possibility of longer-term opportunities thereafter. It is a full-time position working 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays. No Sundays, bank holidays, or late nights are required, offering an excellent work life balance. You will work alongside a strong and supportive team in a well organised pharmacy environment using the MPS dispensing system.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the pharmacist with the dispensing and preparation of prescriptions in line with PSI standards
• Managing stock control, ordering, and deliveries
• Handling controlled drugs and maintaining accurate records
• Providing customer support and responding to queries at the counter
• Assisting with pharmacy services and day to day operations
