Up to £60k depending on experience. £3,000 Golden Hello Available.

At Nuffield Health, we are committed to building a healthier nation. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in this mission by ensuring the delivery and optimisation of pharmacy services across our hospital site in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality care.
• Coordination: Plan and allocate resources effectively, presenting business cases as necessary.
• Medicines Management: Act as the Medicines Management Lead and Medical Gas Lead, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
• Governance: Lead the implementation of the medicines optimisation governance framework.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and national standards.
• Quality Improvement: Drive quality improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
• Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving measures and service efficiencies.
• Audit and Reporting: Adhere to the medicines audit framework and manage incident reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registration: Must be registered with the GPhC as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Clinical Pharmacy Services: Proven experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Management: Previous experience in managing a team.
• Desirable: Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or equivalent experience.
