Pharmacy Assistant (full time) Mallow, Co. Cork.

Due to our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an OTC Pharmacy Assistant to join the team in Mallow, Co. Cork. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for community pharmacy and retail. OTC experience is preferred for this role. The candidate must have outstanding customer service skills, be enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude to work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a dynamic working environment. This is a full time contract with flexibility to work weekends and evenings. • Managing pharmacy stock including general merchandising and administrative duties.
• Supporting and advising customers with queries and over the counter products.
• Providing excellent customer service and engaging actively with customers.
• Working effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable, and assisting in all areas of the Pharmacy operation as required.

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes in a retail or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Multi tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong initiative and work ethic.
• Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage.
