Pharmacovigilance Specialist: Drug Safety & Compliance

McKesson is seeking a Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance Specialist based in Cork to perform day-to-day safety surveillance, log and assess adverse events, and ensure compliant post-market activities across our private label products.

Reporting to the Drug Safety and Post Marketing Surveillance Manager, you will coordinate safety reports, audits, and supplier safety data exchanges, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FDA and ICH guidelines.
