Description

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide expert advice on medications and treatments to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver healthcare services such as vaccinations and health checks.
• Ensure the safe storage and handling of medicines in line with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and prescriptions.
• Support and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Promote health and wellbeing through patient education and community outreach.
• Stay updated on industry developments and changes in pharmaceutical regulations.

Profile

A successful Pharmacist should have:

• A recognised qualification in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Strong knowledge of medicines and their uses, as well as relevant legislation.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for providing advice and support to patients and colleagues.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a healthcare setting.

Job Offer

• A salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year, dependent on the level of experience.

• A permanent, full-time position in a healthcare role.
