You identify barriers to reintegration and implement measures aimed at returning to employment. You coach job seekers to develop their employability. You ensure compliance with legal requirements. You collaborate with internal and external partners and develop desired synergies.Requirements: A vocational diploma of 3 years or a higher tertiary professional qualification and a federal certificate in HR or social insurance (if applicable). Several years of professional experience in consulting and placement, professional reintegration, or human resources. Specific knowledge in the fields of social insurance and the labor market. Ability to conduct advisory interviews in various formats (in-person, by phone, or via video). Leadership and coaching skills. Excellent command of digital tools. Listening ability and stress resistance.
