Role Overview

As a valued member of the team, you will represent the gym, create a supportive environment for all members, and support the Growth Pathway. Responsibilities include:

• Inductions and gym tours
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Maintaining cleanliness on the gym floor
• Teaching classes
• Driving member engagement and enhancing overall satisfaction
