Role Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Tax Senior to join its growing tax team. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse client portfolio, work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment, and develop your career within a firm that values progression and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review personal tax computations, including self assessment returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
• Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and compliance matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio.
• Support junior team members through mentoring, review of work, and guidance on technical matters.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and implement best practices within the team.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CTA part qualified, or ATT Qualified.
• Significant experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and associated legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• A collaborative and client focused approach, aligned with the firm's supportive culture.
