Personal Tax Semi Senior - Stoke

£27,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience).

Clark Wood partners with a highly reputable firm of accountants in Stoke who, due to continued growth and success, is seeking an ambitious Personal Tax Semi Senior to join their office.

As a Personal Tax Semi Senior, you will work with a diverse range of personal tax clients, including HNWIs, company directors, and sole traders. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and efficient completion of compliance work through the preparation of personal tax computations and returns.

The ideal candidate will be ATT Part Qualified or Fully Qualified, with significant experience in Personal Tax. This experience can come from a solely tax focused role or from a mixed accounts and tax position with a desire to specialise in tax.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of a small portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Preparation of personal tax computations and returns.
• Reviewing tax computations prepared by accounts staff when required.
• Exposure to preparing trust tax returns.
• Identifying tax planning opportunities for individuals and trusts.

Skills & Qualifications

• ATT Qualified / Part Qualified.
• Personal tax compliance experience within a practice environment.
