Personal Tax Consultant Location: Wimborne, Dorset Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (DOE) Join a Top 100 Accountancy Firm

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing your own portfolio of individuals, HNWIs, landlords, sole traders, and more
  • Preparing personal tax returns accurately and efficiently in a high volume environment
  • Providing expert tax advice on CGT, residency, foreign income, buy to let, and other advisory areas
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, liaising with clients and HMRC
  • Handling tax enquiries and resolving client queries with confidence
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum two years' experience in a personal tax role within practice
  • Strong understanding of UK personal tax compliance
  • Exposure to advisory areas such as CGT, BTL, EMI shares, and sole traders
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and a client first mindset
  • Proficiency with tax software (ideally IRIS) and Microsoft Office
Preferred (Not Essential)
  • ATT qualified or part qualified (CTA also welcomed)
  • Experience with Trusts
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues
  • Experience valued over formal qualifications - talent and capability matter most
