The Opportunity

A growing, award-winning accountancy and advisory firm in the Thames Valley is looking to hire a Tax Assistant Manager to join its expanding tax team.

The firm works closely with owner-managed businesses and private clients, offering a modern, tech-enabled environment and strong progression opportunities.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients (Self-Assessment & MTD)

Review and prepare personal tax returns, including more complex cases

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support senior team members on compliance and advisory work

Identify tax planning opportunities and cross-sell services

Coach junior team members and support their development

About You

ATT / CTA qualified with c.5+ years' experience

Strong personal tax compliance background

Confident managing clients and deadlines

Proactive, organised and detail-focused

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
