# Personal Shopper (Client book required to apply) Personal Shopper (Client book required to apply) Job IntroductionAs a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with Selfridges' aspirational and Tier 1 VIP personal shopping clients, including our VSPs, all other Unlocked tiers and other newly engaged guests. You will demonstrate good networking and relationship-building skills, with a focus on learning and development to expand your client base through both existing and new customer relationships. You will uphold strong service standards, professionalism, and discretion, delivering elevated styling appointments tailored to each client's needs. With a growing knowledge across Selfridges' product categories, you will drive good cross-category and own bought sales while continuing to build your expertise in luxury retail. As a Personal Shopper you will: Nurture and develop relationships to generate new business with a focus on international, high potential and high net worth clients.
