This leading specialist personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor to take on a caseload of complex, high-value claimant cases. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm structured specifically to support high-quality catastrophic injury work - not volume.

The Role

You will lead a portfolio of Serious Injury claims typically ranging from £150,000 to multi-million-pound cases. You'll shape case strategy end-to-end, working closely with medical, rehabilitation, care and financial experts to deliver life-changing results for your clients.

You will:

• Act as lead on complex catastrophic injury files
• Deal with matters such as liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement
• Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation support for clients
• Work with a full network of specialists including counsel, case managers and medical experts
• Mentor and supervise junior team members
• Represent the practice externally within the Serious Injury sector

About You:

You will bring credibility, experience and senior-level judgement to complex, sensitive cases.

Essential:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 8+ PQE
• Proven track record leading Serious Injury claims with complex liability and quantum
• Excellent litigation skills and strong command of court processes
• High-level client care experience
• Ability to supervise, mentor and develop junior colleagues
