Overview

Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive - Location: Cardiff, Gwent (hybrid/flexible working). Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience). A well-established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This role offers a varied caseload and a supportive, collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace, public liability, and road traffic accident claims.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• Liaise with external stakeholders where required.
• Maintain compliance and accurate file management.
• Support junior team members and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Minimum 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Experience in personal injury claims (workplace accidents, PL, RTA).
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Collaborative and team-focused approach.

Desirable

• Experience with trade unions or professional memberships (e.g., APIL).
