The firm has a strong reputation for delivering excellent client outcomes and providing a supportive environment where legal professionals can develop their careers.The RoleYou will join a close-knit team consisting of three experienced fee earners and a dedicated support staff member, managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters through the MOJ Portal with values up to £25,000.Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of EL/OL and RTA claims via the MOJ Portal (up to £25k value)
• Progressing claims efficiently from instruction to settlement
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and other third parties
• Drafting legal documentation and negotiating settlements
• Maintaining accurate case management records
• Delivering high standards of client care throughout the claims process

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience handling claimant personal injury matters
• Experience using the MOJ Portal
• Exposure to EL/OL and/or RTA claims
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
