Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join our claimant-focused Personal Injury department. We handle a broad range of matters, including:

Personal Injury - Employer's Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents

Candidates should have 3+ years' PQE with experience in personal injury matters and litigation. Knowledge of clinical negligence and contentious probate would be advantageous but is not essential. Additional training will be provided as required. You will also have the support of an experienced assistant.

• Manage a mixed caseload of injury matters, both pre- and post-litigation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department
• Contribute to networking activities, including maintaining and developing relationships with local businesses and organisations that refer work to us

• Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of injury matters, including litigated claims
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• A proactive and effective team player
• Part time working considered for the right candidate
