Personal Injury Claims Specialist Hybrid Role

First Central Insurance Management Ltd is seeking three Personal Injury Handlers for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Salford Quays, Manchester. The role focuses on supporting customers through their PI claims journey from initial contact to resolution, requiring empathy, clear communication and strong knowledge of relevant protocols.

You will triage MoJ/OIC portal claims, manage a portfolio of PI cases, handle calls, and ensure accurate reserving while meeting KPIs and SLA targets.
