The Role

You will manage a mixed caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters, including:

• Handling claimant personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion
• Investigating liability and quantum, including instructing and liaising with medical and other expert witnesses
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
• Conducting negotiations and achieving settlements
• Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity throughout the claims process
• Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, protocols, and time limits

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
• Able to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
