You will be working for Flake Bake, the UK's largest manufacturer of handmade Jamaican patties. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, responding to or redirecting them as necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well stocked and in good working condition.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as booking personal appointments and managing personal finances.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
The role is primarily remote (80%) but may require occasional in-person attendance for key meetings or event setup on an ad-hoc basis. Candidates are ideally based in London.
