Overview

Job Title: Personal Assistant (Full Time - Hybrid). The role is based on a hybrid working model with Solihull as the preferred location; however, Bristol or Derby may also be considered.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide high-quality support including complex diary management, prioritisation of commitments and proactive alignment of meetings to strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate travel, events and key leadership engagements to deliver seamless execution and a consistent Rolls-Royce experience.
  • Act as a dependable first point of contact, building positive relationships and representing the organisation with confidence, discretion and care.
  • Manage confidential information in line with our values of trust and integrity.
  • Support coordination of cross-functional work, ensuring actions are tracked, communication is clear and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Help create the conditions that enable leaders to focus on the moments where they can make the biggest impact.
