Personal Assistant
Northampton
There's nothing I love more than hearing a business hiring a new role as a result of continuous growth and investment by their owners!
A role that has come about due to the heightened activity around acquisitions and the business Directors needing that additional support due to business demand.
They grow by organic growth and small business acquisitions broadening their already diverse remit in the tech/energy/infrastructure world.
The Role
- This is a brand-new position to the business supporting the CFO and COO day to day with wider support to the leadership team.
- You will work closely with the EA to the CEO supporting/covering when needed
- Management of multiple complex diaries
- National travel booking and coordination
- Responsible for putting together elements of board reports and business presentations
- Minute taking in meetings and follow-up reports
- Day to day management of meeting room bookings and ad hoc enquiries/gatekeeping
- Events management and coordination
The successful candidate will have previous experience operating at a similar level in a similar role for at least 3-5 years, be comfortable with being onsite in Northampton at least 2 days a week, and be looking for a reduced hours/part time position with flexibility!
