Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing real estate fund management team in our Thames River Capital business as their Personal Assistant. You'll be at the heart of everything the team does - keeping things running smoothly, solving problems before they arise, and making a real, tangible impact every single day.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety in your work, and take pride in being the person everyone can rely on, this could be the perfect role for you.

This role is based at our offices in Mayfair at Woodstock Street.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Diary & Calendar Management - Master the team's schedules, coordinate meetings with sell-side analysts, real estate companies, clients and the sales team, manage conference registrations, book travel, and ensure the week ahead always runs like clockwork. Track key market dates - central bank policy announcements to MSCI and EPRA index releases - keeping the team one step ahead.
  • Meeting Logistics - From greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms to arranging restaurant bookings, ensure every meeting makes a great impression. Support larger events such as Board Meetings and AGM, coordinating all details from start to finish.
  • Invoice & Financial Administration - Manage invoice processing, coordinate approvals, maintain accurate records, and liaise with external parties including auditors. Provide detail-focused support for the smooth financial operation of the funds.
  • Compliance & PR Support - Keep the team on the right side of regulatory requirements by managing monthly commentaries, press releases, website content and LinkedIn posts with our compliance team and PR consultants.
  • Travel Coordination - Research and book travel for roadshows, property tours and conferences across the UK, Europe and the US, ensuring the team can focus on what they do best.
  • Office & Team Support - Be the go-to person for keeping the office environment running smoothly - from IT liaison and facilities management to ordering supplies and organising team socials and the annual Christmas party.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally within financial services or asset management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset - anticipate needs rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial and compliance-related tasks.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, external partners and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and AI adoption.
  • A warm, professional manner and a genuine team-player attitude.
Why Join Us

At Thames River Capital, you'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team that genuinely values the contribution of a great Personal Assistant. This is a role where your work matters, initiative is welcomed, and development is supported. Gain exposure to the full breadth of a specialist real-estate fund management business and build relationships across the organisation and with external partners.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders - clients, advisors, employees and shareholders.

Employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different expectations, discussed during the hiring process.
