UDirect Support is supporting a local family to recruit Personal Assistants to provide care & support to their 3 year old son living with Cerebral Palsy & additional complex healthcare needs in their own home.

The Personal Assistants will join an already established team providing top quality 24/7 care.

The team and the package support the young child with:

• Clinical Care including the use of specialist medical equipment (full training provided)
• All aspects of personal care, emotional needs and wellbeing
• Development and Social Activities (including sensory, local walks & outings)
• Ongoing and changing needs

Candidates must be willing to learn, have patience and be of a kind and caring nature.

They must also be willing to complete mandatory training including face to face and e learn sessions.

Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

The costs of this will be covered by the package for the successful candidates.
