This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team and organisation who are at the heart of their community and provide care and support to those that are most vulnerable.

As a Person in Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred service while effectively managing staff, resources, and compliance with HIQA standards and the Health Act (2007) Regulations.

Requirements:

• QQI Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent
• QQI Level 6 in Management qualification completed or currently enrolled (desirable)
• 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and regulations
• Full licence and access to own transport
