Salary: Grade 4 SCP 5-9 (£10,372-£11,049) (subject to term time adjustment)
Contract: 15 hours per week, basis part time

The caretaker will be responsible for opening and closing the school, handling health and safety matters, and carrying out maintenance tasks. They will use initiative, demonstrate practical skills, maintain pride in their work, liaise with management staff to ensure smooth running of the school, and work flexibly to meet the needs of the children during and outside school hours. The role also includes safeguarding and protecting children through enhanced background checks and adherence to child protection policies.

Relevant experience in maintenance or caretaking, strong organisational and communication skills, commitment to child safeguarding, and willingness to work flexible hours.
