Tigerbond are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Glasgow team and shape the strategies that drive genuine growth

What You'll Do

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of paid marketing activity across a diverse client portfolio. This role is highly strategic and deeply technical-you'll be trusted to own accounts immediately, manage significant budgets with confidence, and deliver campaigns that are smart and effective.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and execute high-performing paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Own day-to-day campaign management: launching, testing, analysing, and optimising to drive measurable ROI.
  • Lead on forecasting, budgeting, and identifying new growth opportunities for clients.
  • Turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with client leads, and internal teams to ensure paid activity is integrated and impactful.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, performance trends, and best practices to keep our clients at the cutting edge.
