About The Role

The Marketing Team acts as the centre of excellence for brand, analytics and results within Foxtons. The team is essential to the overall growth and development of the business by providing valuable awareness, analyses and insights to key stakeholders, and then acting with them to ensure deployment of activities. The team is rapidly expanding to support the overall strategic objectives of the business and is being heavily invested in with systems and personnel.

The team is constantly looking for ways in which we can raise the profile of Foxtons and enable the outcome of growth in revenue and profitability. The output of the department provides the foundation of all decision making across the business, working with key stakeholders within the business and across different departments including IT, marketing, sales and finance.

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Expert to assist with the development and delivery of Foxtons online strategy. Sat within the Performance Marketing team, this is a newly created role and supports the Head of Performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and conversion.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of the Foxtons website. You must be technically minded, and data driven, with a strong grounding in CRM, SEO and optimised content. The ability to interrogate data in order to continuously optimise performance is key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within the custom CMS, uploading and editing content
  • Maximise the customer experience & performance of the Foxtons website
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns on foxtons.co.uk and via external sites
  • Monitor website performance via GA4, SEM Rush, Backlink profiles and more
  • Collaborate with the content team to create highly engaging content that's relevant to both the customer and the wider real estate market

About You

Requirements:
  • 1+ years CMS experience
  • 1+ years SEO experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical thinker with a commercial mind-set
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills - desirable
