Job Description
Indra Group UK & Ireland, delivering TfL's ticketing and access control system, seeks a Performance Assurance Manager for a 15 month FTC to lead governance, data quality and performance evidence.
You will coordinate with Service Delivery, Asset Management and Commercial teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and delivered, maintain the Assurance Plan and drive continuous improvement across 8.6 million daily journeys.
