Performance Analytics & AI Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead advancements of CFC Performance Measurement Solutions
• Manage the product roadmap for key CFC performance Analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop a roadmap
• Innovate by bringing Agentic AI to augment existing analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting of product performance & adoption post launch
• Define and prioritize the product backlog

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required
• Strong experience in Biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or related area
• Strong data domain expertise in CRM- VEEVA, Ex-factory Sales- SAP, In-Market Sales- IQVIA
• Good understanding of Reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau or Power BI
• Awareness and willingness to learn Agentic AI
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
