Use your analytical skills to influence strategy and optimise portfolio performance. As Performance Analyst, you'll monitor results, identify trends, and deliver insights that help shape business decisions.

You will:

• Analyse performance by product, scheme, and distribution channel.
• Forecast key metrics and monitor market trends.
• Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, performance committees, and post-implementation reviews.

You bring:

• Degree in Maths, Statistics, or similar (preferred).
• 1-2 years' insurance experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and commercial skills.
