As an Individual Contributor in the People Consultant team, you will coach managers, resolve employee relations matters, and help scale global HR programs that boost manager effectiveness and employee experience.

You will work across business groups, partnering with Legal and HR leadership to translate case insights into scalable policies, tools, and training, driving a high-performance culture.
