People Services Team Lead - HR Ops & Service Excellence

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a People Services Team Lead to drive day-to-day delivery of People Services and oversee the employee lifecycle. You'll manage a team, coach Advisors, and ensure high-quality, compliant service for colleagues and managers across the organisation.

You will partner with Compliance and People teams to maintain controls and improve processes while delivering a positive colleague experience. The role is based in Hemel Hempstead with hybrid on-site requirements.
