Are you passionate about supporting and helping others? Do you enjoy following and advising on processes whilst getting stuck into administrative tasks? Our HR Administrator role is an opportunity to learn about a variety of HR processes and be part of a fast paced and dynamic business.
Your PurposeYou will be coordinating and processing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Tasks will include managing the inbox, advising on key processes such as maternity and paternity leave, new starters, leavers and employee changes. You will also manage employee data, manage documents and get involved with reporting tasks.
Your StrengthsThis is a great step for a career in HR. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels. You will have experience of following processes, good time management, planning and organisational skills.
Your Perks- 35 hours Part-Time.
- Up to £23,426.
