People Project Consultant FTC

We're looking for a People Project Consultant to lead the delivery of high-impact People projects that drive transformation and support our business strategy. You'll work closely with Strategic People Partners and specialists across the organisation to design and implement innovative, pragmatic solutions that add measurable value.

As a key contact for stakeholders, you'll manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful outcomes. This role can be offered on a 6 or 12 month fixed term contract. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:

• Scope, design, and lead delivery of People projects aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective planning, communication, and project governance.
• Track project plans, risks, actions, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver clear and engaging communications and presentations to support change initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on People processes and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse People data to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Contribute to wider HR transformation initiatives across the UK business.

What you'll bring:

• Strong consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends and guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset.
