People Partner: Leadership Coach & Change Advocate

Crown Paints is recruiting a People Partner based in Darwen, operating on a hybrid basis with regular travel to our Hull manufacturing site. You will partner with leaders to balance colleague experience with business performance, coaching leaders and shaping people strategies across the organization.
