Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a People Partner to support the Senior People Partner in delivering the People agenda at Head Office. The role focuses on effective business partnering, handling ER activities, and aligning local people plans with overall CT strategy.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and Development to shape learning and growth, manage performance processes, and contribute to compensation benchmarking. Hybrid working from CT offices is available.
