People Partner (all genders)

What you will do

• Act as the primary People Partner to our people leads, supporting them regarding performance, development, engagement, and communication.


• Coach people leads through tough conversations, feedback, conflict, and team challenges - with a focus on fairness and ownership.


• Collaborate strongly with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Culture Experience) on what our departments need and how to best support them.


• Guide performance processes: setting clear expectations, driving regular feedback, and managing reviews and underperformance.


• Lead on employee relations cases with a focus on consistency, documentation, and legal compliance.


• Spot and synthesize patterns across performance, engagement, attrition, and ER themes and provide practical recommendations to managers and leadership.

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable role working closely with people leaders.


• Proven experience supporting leaders through challenging people situations (e.g. feedback, conflict, performance topics) with a fair, structured, and solution-oriented approach.


• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law fundamentals, and the importance of consistent documentation in day-to-day people work.


• Experience in a tech, scale-up, or start-up environment is a strong plus.


• Highly empathetic and clear communicator, able to build trust while addressing sensitive and sometimes uncomfortable topics.


• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
