People Partner £50,-month FTC London Hybrid (3 days onsite) Start: ASAP

We're partnering with a fast-growing, international Media organisation operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, looking to hire a People Partner to support their UK population on a 12-month FTC.

This is a hands-on, generalist role where you'll act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting across the full employee lifecycle while driving a positive and compliant people experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters
• Managing a broad range of employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
• Supporting change initiatives including restructures and organisational design
• Coaching and developing line managers on people-related matters
• Supporting engagement, performance and development initiatives
• Ensuring accurate HR data and compliance across systems and processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement across HR policies and procedures

What we're looking for:

• Solid HR generalist experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong ER knowledge and confidence managing cases end-to-endProactive, organised and able to manage high volumes of work
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a wider team
