Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations (ER)? Ready to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a confident, capable People Partner (Senior HR Advisor) to take the lead on complex ER casework.

This is a hands-on, ER-focused position (70%) - perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to bring clarity and structure to a transforming HR team.

You'll be the go-to expert for all things ER, with responsibilities including:

• Managing a caseload of 5-10 live ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, etc.)

• Advising line managers on HR policy and best practice

• Shaping and supporting effective performance management processes

• Partnering with business leaders across a population of 600 office-based and field sales employees

• Demonstrated experience leading and resolving complex ER cases independently

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policy

• Resilience and adaptability - able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving team

• Experience in a large matrixed organisation

• Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities, including advising senior managers

• Previous experience managing or coaching junior HR team members (a plus)
