People Operations Partner - Temp - Tech Scale Up, Remote UK role, Predicted 2 month assignment, likely extension, Day rate: £210-£240 + holiday pay

I'm supporting a Series B tech scale up with teams spanning Europe and the US who need an experienced People Operations Partner to join on an interim basis while they hire the permanent person.

You'll be stepping into a fast moving, high growth environment.

Work includes

• Onboarding and offboarding
• Preparing offers and contracts
• Coordinating IT access
• Supporting travel setup where needed
• Maintaining accurate HRIS / ATS data
• Acting as a point of contact for employee queries
• Helping with people projects, including a payroll provider transition

They're Looking For

• People Ops experience in a tech scale up
• Comfortable with pace and light structure
• Hands on, organised, high attention to detail
• Confident with HRIS / ATS tools
• Strong communication and able to work with global teams
