Job Description
Future plc in Bath is hiring a People Operations HR Administrator to act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting onboarding, offboarding and internal moves using Dayforce.
You'll work with the People & Culture team to improve processes, manage benefits and deliver weekly Day 1 orientation sessions. The role is hybrid two days per week in Bath, with uncapped leave and profit-sharing opportunities.
