We're seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic global team, focusing on driving operational excellence across the UK and AMER regions.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for Maternity cover, ideal start date is Mid September.

About the Role:As a People Operations Coordinator, you'll manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
You'll collaborate with People Business Partners across the US, EMEA, and APAC, supporting a diverse workforce and driving operational consistency.
Key responsibilities include:- Overseeing HR record management in BambooHR for global employees
- Maintaining compliant, well-organised personnel files
- Managing HR filing systems and ensuring data privacy
- Providing timely people data and supporting HR reporting
- Supporting and mentoring HR operations team members
- Collaborating cross regionally to resolve HR queries and challenges
- Identifying and implementing HR process improvements
- Supporting global HR projects and initiatives
- Ensuring HR systems are optimised
- Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Handling contract variations, parental leave, and employee exits
- Representing People Operations in global HR meetings and communications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong operational expertise in HR processes and documentation management
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced, global environment
- A results oriented mindset focused on supporting business impact
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse teams
- High ethical standards, integrity and trustworthiness - especially with confidential information
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sharp analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive improvements
- Change management experience, including effectively communicating and implementing change
- Proven experience in HR Operations within a fast paced, global setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, compliance, and operational housekeeping
- Proficiency in HR systems (such as BambooHR, Freshdesk, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with global HR teams and senior leadership
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments, with a keen understanding of regional HR practices and regulations
- Commitment to confidentiality in HR processes and adherence to ethical practices

- Salary Range: £32,000 - £35,000
